Karen's main focus is the Soft Treatments or comonly know as Custom Drapes or Draperies.  She can help with:  Wood Box Cornices, Custom Roman Shades, Draperies, Custom made Cornices and Valances.  She can also help you with pillows, cushions and other reupholstering needs.

Custom Draperies and Blinds utilizes only the finest products from Hunter Douglas, Graber, Norman Shutters, Horizon Window Fashions, B&W Mfg., ADO, Kasmir and Michaels Textiles.  Our focus is on name brand quality.

We are not limited to just residential needs, we can also help with commercial needs.  As a Certified Contractor with the Sarasota County School District, we passed a strict Level 2 Backround check with the Florida Department of Education and we carry higher than normal Liability Insurance with $1m of coverage which can be verified through Key Agency in Englewood.  The normal coverage is only $35k!

Our most recent commercial project included the Placida Road Church of God where we recovered all the pews, New blinds throughout, New Stage Curtains and we coordinated the carpeting.  We can tie in beauty with the understanding of the FR ratings requirements needed as well as budget needs.
